CORE Health and Performance was established by Garrett Coughlan in February, 2022. The clinic is located at Hastings Insurance MacHale Park, the home of Mayo GAA. Our facilities include a medical suite, changing facilities, indoor astro-turf area and high performance gym for all of your rehabilitation and performance requirements.
Free parking is available in the car park in front of the RSA Driving Test Centre and Castlebar Mitchels GAA Clubhouse just off the N5. Once you have parked, please proceed down the tunnel under the main stadium stand and follow the signs for the clinic, which is located at the player entrance to the main pitch.
Our initial appointments (60 mins) cost €80 and all follow up appointments (40 mins) cost €65 per appointment. Please bring any applicable referral letters and imaging reports (X-ray / MRI scans etc) if you have been referred. We like exercise rehabilitation so please wear appropriate clothing (changing facilities are available onsite).
Payment is required at the time of appointment and we accept all major debit cards and credit cards.
If you need to cancel your appointment, it is requested that you provide adequate notice (minimum 24 hours). A fee will apply for consistent late cancellation.
Some health insurance providers may give you a rebate if you have cover. This will depend on your policy, so please check directly with your provider. Please check the Revenue website for how to claim health expenses.
